These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rolevia ("Rolevia," "we," "us," or "our"), including our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Rolevia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, to use Rolevia. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
Rolevia is an interactive entertainment app that allows users to engage with fictional characters through story-based chats, prepared message options, emoji reactions, media-based interactions, and matching-style experiences.
Some conversations, media, and matching interactions may be generated, simulated, scripted, or powered by automated systems. Characters and interactions in Rolevia are intended for entertainment purposes.
You may need to create an account to access some features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

You may provide content such as messages, emoji reactions, profile information, feedback, and other materials through the Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant to us in these Terms.
By submitting User Content, you grant Rolevia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and use that content solely for operating, improving, securing, moderating, and providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Rolevia includes fictional characters, simulated dating or matching experiences, and entertainment-focused conversations. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, characters in the app are not real people.
You acknowledge that interactions within Rolevia are designed for entertainment, storytelling, and roleplay-style experiences, and should not be relied on as real-world relationship, mental health, legal, or professional advice.
Characters may send photos, videos, and other media as part of story flows. All such content is provided as part of the entertainment experience within the Services.
You may not copy, redistribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any media, character assets, text, design elements, or other app content unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
Some features of Rolevia may require payment, subscription, or in-app purchase. Prices, billing terms, and included features will be shown to you before purchase.
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms are processed by those platforms and are subject to their billing terms and refund rules. We do not control platform billing systems and cannot guarantee refunds except where required by law.
If your subscription renews automatically, you are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.
The Services, including but not limited to the app name, design, software, text, graphics, characters, stories, logos, trademarks, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Rolevia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, exposed us to legal liability, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also request account deletion through available in-app tools or by contacting our support team.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolevia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, available, accurate, or free of bugs, delays, or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolevia and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rolevia and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, on our website, or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you operate Rolevia through a company or legal entity, you may wish to replace this section with a specific governing law and dispute resolution clause based on your country and business structure.
